Lori has spent nearly a decade working inside telemedicine as a provider, team lead, regional manager, clinical project manager, and private practice owner. Her career has included frontline clinical care, virtual care leadership, workflow development, multi-state licensure strategy, and operational systems inside rapidly scaling telemedicine platforms.
Through these roles, Lori developed a behind-the-scenes understanding of how virtual care systems actually work — where workflows succeed, where providers struggle, and how operational gaps can impact compliance, clinician sustainability, and patient care.
After launching her own telemedicine private practice, Lori recognized a consistent gap: nurse practitioners are clinically prepared, but rarely taught how to think like practice owners. What is the AI Practice Builder? The AI Practice Builder is designed to help students work through program concepts, organize next steps, clarify decisions, and apply the course framework as they build their telemedicine private practice.
