Telemedicine Chick, LLC may offer educational programs, mentorships, digital trainings, or other professional development services. These programs are designed to provide guidance, strategies, and educational information related to telemedicine, business development, and professional growth.

Participation in any mentorship or educational program does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, licensure approvals, employment opportunities, or practice success. Individual results depend on numerous factors including personal effort, professional background, regulatory requirements, market conditions, and implementation.

Telemedicine Chick, LLC does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

All mentorship programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
Telemedicine Chick, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from a mentorship program or community environment if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates the terms of participation. In such cases, program fees are non-refundable.

SECTION 8 – CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES AND CONTACT HOURS
Telemedicine Chick, LLC may offer continuing education courses that are eligible for nursing continuing education contact hours. Only courses specifically identified as offering continuing education contact hours are eligible for credit. The number and type of contact hours available will be stated in the individual course description.
COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
To successfully complete a continuing education course and receive contact hours, participants must satisfy all completion requirements identified in the course instructions. These requirements may include, but are not limited to:
(a) registering for the course using accurate personal and professional information;
(b) reviewing or completing all required course content;
(c) achieving the minimum passing score stated for the course on any required post-test or knowledge assessment;
(d) completing any required course evaluation, attestation, or acknowledgment; and
(e) complying with any additional requirements stated on the course registration page, learning platform, or course materials.
Participants may be permitted to retake a post-test as stated in the applicable course instructions.
LEARNER IDENTITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
Continuing education courses and associated contact hours are issued only to the individual who registers for and personally completes the educational activity.
Participants agree to provide complete and accurate information, including their legal name, email address, professional license information, and any other information reasonably required to issue a certificate or report course completion.
Participants may not complete a course, post-test, evaluation, or attestation on behalf of another person. Course access, assessments, completion records, and certificates may not be transferred, shared, sold, reproduced, or assigned to another individual.
CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION
A certificate of completion will be issued only after all course requirements have been successfully completed and verified.
Certificates will be delivered through the method and within the timeframe stated in the applicable course instructions. Participants are responsible for reviewing their certificate promptly and notifying Telemedicine Chick, LLC of any errors within a reasonable period after receipt.
Requests to correct or replace a certificate may require verification of the participant’s identity, completion records, and professional license information.
CONTINUING EDUCATION REPORTING
When expressly stated for a particular course, Telemedicine Chick, LLC may report completed contact hours to CE Broker or another applicable reporting system.
Participants remain responsible for verifying that their course completion and contact hours have been properly recorded and accepted by the appropriate licensing board, certification organization, employer, or other governing entity.
Participants are also responsible for maintaining copies of their certificates and completion records for their own professional and licensure purposes.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONTACT HOURS
Approval of a course for continuing education contact hours by one licensing board, regulatory agency, or professional organization does not guarantee acceptance by another state, board, certification body, employer, credentialing organization, or jurisdiction.
Continuing education requirements vary by profession, license type, state, renewal period, and individual circumstance. Participants are responsible for confirming that a course satisfies their specific licensure, certification, employment, or professional requirements before purchasing or completing the course.
Telemedicine Chick, LLC does not guarantee that any course will satisfy every participant’s individual continuing education obligations.
COURSE ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY
Access periods, course expiration dates, completion deadlines, and availability will be stated in the applicable course description or learning platform.
Participants are responsible for completing the course before the stated access or expiration date. Failure to complete a course within the permitted access period does not entitle the participant to a refund, extension, certificate, or contact hours unless otherwise stated in writing.
Telemedicine Chick, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue course content when reasonably necessary to maintain accuracy, quality, regulatory compliance, or platform functionality.
ACADEMIC INTEGRITY AND REVOCATION OF CREDIT

(c) misrepresentation of participant identity;
(d) sharing or transferring course access;
(e) assessment misconduct or completion of coursework by another person;
(f) technical or administrative error; or
(g) any other violation of these Terms or applicable regulatory requirements.
Where appropriate, corrected completion information may be reported to the applicable licensing board, reporting system, or other authorized entity.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Continuing education courses are provided for professional education and development. Course participation does not create a provider-patient relationship, attorney-client relationship, consulting relationship, employment relationship, or other professional relationship between the participant and Telemedicine Chick, LLC.
Course content is not a substitute for individualized legal, regulatory, financial, medical, clinical, or professional advice. Participants remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgment and complying with the laws, standards, policies, and scope-of-practice requirements applicable to them.

SECTION 9 – DEPOSITS AND PROGRAM RESERVATIONS
Deposit payments may be required to reserve participation in certain programs or services.
Deposits are non-refundable and secure a participant’s seat in the program. Because cohort sizes may be limited, deposits must be paid within the specified timeframe provided at the time of approval or registration. Failure to complete deposit payment within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot.
Deposits are typically applied toward the total tuition or program cost unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 10 – PAYMENT PLANS
Certain programs may offer payment plans. By selecting a payment plan, participants authorize Telemedicine Chick, LLC to securely store their payment method and charge scheduled installment payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of program access or services.
SECTION 11 – NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Telemedicine Chick, LLC makes no guarantees regarding business success, financial outcomes, licensing approvals, employment opportunities, or telemedicine practice development. The information provided through our website, mentorship programs, courses, and educational materials is intended to support participants in developing their own strategies and decisions.

Participants acknowledge that success depends on their own implementation, professional circumstances, regulatory environment, and other factors beyond the control of Telemedicine Chick, LLC.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
