All courses, programs, digital products, templates, worksheets, guides, checklists, and other resources offered by Telemedicine Chick LLC are designed and intended for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by Telemedicine Chick LLC constitutes legal advice, medical advice, compliance advice, financial advice, or professional consulting of any kind.

By purchasing or accessing any product, course, program, or resource from Telemedicine Chick LLC you agree that Telemedicine Chick LLC, Lori Fauquier MSN APRN WHNP-BC, and any affiliated persons or entities are not liable for any outcomes, damages, losses, claims, penalties, board actions, legal proceedings, financial losses, or consequences of any kind arising from your use of or reliance on any content, templates, resources, or information provided. This includes but is not limited to how you apply course content in your practice, how you use or modify provided templates, decisions you make based on course content, and any regulatory, legal, or compliance issues that arise in your practice.

Scope of Practice and Licensure

Nothing provided by Telemedicine Chick LLC authorizes you to practice outside your scope, licensure, or competency. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products including digital trackers, spreadsheets, templates, guides, eBooks, courses, and other downloadable resources, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Digital products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase. Because of this instant access they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that all digital products are for educational and informational purposes only and that Telemedicine Chick LLC is not liable for how purchased materials are applied or used.

Courses, Programs, and Educational Services

Enrollment in courses, programs, workshops, AI-supported learning experiences, live group Q&A sessions, or other educational services offered by Telemedicine Chick LLC may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase subject to the conditions below.

Because access to course content, templates, worksheets, AI support tools, and digital resources may begin immediately after purchase refund requests will only be considered if:

​

• The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

• The participant has not completed a significant portion of the program

• The participant has not accessed, downloaded, copied, or used a substantial amount of program resources, templates, worksheets, or materials

• The request is submitted in writing to support@telemedicinechick.com

After 7 days all course, program, workshop, AI-supported, and live Q&A purchases are final.

​

If a payment plan is selected participants remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment terms. A payment plan is a commitment to the full selected program price and is not a cancel-anytime subscription.

​

If a refund request is approved within the 7-day refund window future payment obligations for that specific purchase may be canceled.

​

Founding Student Enrollment

Some programs may be offered under founding student enrollment or early-access pricing while course content is still being completed and expanded. When enrolling as a founding student you understand that some modules or lessons may be released over time.

​

Available content will be accessible after enrollment and remaining lessons will be added as they are completed and published according to the timeline stated on the program sales page. Founding student pricing reflects early access to the program.

​

Live Q&A Sessions

Programs that include live group Q&A sessions may follow a scheduled series format. If a participant is unable to attend a live session recordings may be provided when available.

​

Missed live sessions do not qualify for refunds, partial refunds, credits, or extensions unless otherwise stated on the program sales page.

​

Live session schedules are subject to change with notice.

​

AI-Supported Program

Features Some programs may include access to AI-supported tools or resources. These tools are provided for educational and organizational support only and do not replace legal, tax, financial, clinical, compliance, licensing, or other professional advice.

Access to AI-supported tools is subject to the terms of the specific program and is included only with eligible program purchases.

​

​Interactions with AI-supported tools provided through Telemedicine Chick LLC programs, including the TC course companion, may be logged and reviewed for quality improvement, course development, and program enhancement purposes. Logged interactions are used solely to improve the learning experience and are not shared with third parties. By using any AI-supported tool provided through Telemedicine Chick LLC you acknowledge and consent to this logging practice.
