Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (including digital trackers, spreadsheets, templates, guides, eBooks, courses, and other downloadable resources), all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Digital products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase. Because of this instant access, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
Mentorship Programs and Educational Services
Enrollment in mentorship programs, workshops, or educational services offered by Telemedicine Chick, LLC is also non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific program sales page.
If a payment plan is selected, participants remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment terms.
Program deposits used to secure a seat in a mentorship or educational program are non-refundable, as they reserve a limited spot in the program.
